RealTek, a real estate investment company, is currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper Office Manager. The candidate will manage the day-to-day front office, project financials, and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service - phone & in-person
- Create and send out letters and forms
- Set up utilities (water, electric, and gas) for new properties
- Organize construction projects expenses in files, Excel and Quickbook
- Manage Accounts Receivables
- Manage Accounts Payables
- Run payroll and file required tax documents

Qualifications:
- Basic Clerical Skills
- Data Entry
- Proficient Computer Skills - Word & Excel
- Excels in Quick Books
- Bilingual a plus
- Real Estate experience a plus

Schedule:
35 hours/week
- 9 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday
- 9 am - 2 pm Friday

Education:
- Highschool (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's (preferred)
