AFTER SCHOOL ART CLASSES AT HAYNES RECREATION CENTER - Learn about charcoal, pastels, acrylics, watercolor, and mixed media arts. RIO RANCHO WOMEN'S FITNESS CLUB at the Rio Rancho Sports Complex. Staying healthy & active is so important now-a-days & going to the gym may often feel intimidating and working outdoors may feel unsafe alone. Residents are able to drop off their Holiday tree between the hours of 7am - 9pm. Only real trees will be accepted, no artificial trees. Trees must have all decorations removed (tinsel, lights, tree stands, etc.)

You still have time to make the season bright by becoming a Santa for a Veteran in the VA Hospital. Fill a gift bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, comb/brush, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, socks, a blanket, a book to read, a puzzle book or two and maybe some snacks, to help make the holidays a little brighter for the Veterans in the hospital. Many Veterans miss out on the companionship of family due to various circumstances.
Becoming a Santa is easy! Just bring your gift to Cabezon Community Center NO LATER than December 13th. The gifts will be taken to Veterans Hospital in Albuquerque on December 20th, so that they may receive their gifts on December 24th. You and your family will bring smiles to those who need it most this
holiday season.
