A lot of my colleagues would be shocked to know that in Texas 🤠 , a buyer can terminate a 🏠 contract for ANY reason within the first 7-10 days. In addition, you only forfeit a few hundred dollars 😮 [google option contract explained Texas].

Other states require 3% consideration and terminations must fall within specific categories and be documented.
