Did you say sold? But it was never on the market…..
This off market property has a fun little story behind it.

Our clients came to us with the long term goal of owning a brownstone. Upon completing the initial consultation they mentioned that an influencer had mentioned they were moving out of the brownstone they were renting. Our team has a tremendous network and with some 🕵️ work
